Asha Holistic Health is a small independent business that values your time. We hope you value our time too. When you make an appointment with us, this time is put aside for you.
Appointment Booking/Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking. If you are an ongoing patient at our clinic, your credit card will be securely stored in our system and will only be charged in the event of a no show or late cancellation as outlined in this policy.
We understand that there are times when you must miss an appointment due to emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances. However, if you simply fail to show up for an appointment, or cancel within 48hrs without extenuating circumstances, a cancellation fee will be charged.
Cancellation fees for follow up appointments are $75 and for initial appointments $100. Your credit card will be charged if you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel/reschedule within 48-hours of your appointment.
How To Cancel Your Appointment
If it is necessary to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require you to call or email at least 48 hours in advance in order to make the appointment available to other patients. To cancel an appointment, please call 1300 668 842 (please leave a message if phone is unattended) or email info@ashaholistichealth.com.au.
No Show Policy
A “no show” is defined as missing an appointment without prior notice or cancelling within 48 hours. If you fail to attend or cancel within the 48 hours time period the cancellation fees will apply.
